Use Before 24 months, If stored at Temprature >32O F(000 ℃) and < 110O F( 430 ℃)
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Before starting to grout , the tile surface should be dust and dirt free. Do not clean tile with acid cleaners.
Mixing : Pour all the hardener, component B, into a bucket contains component A. Mix well until a smooth paste is obtained. For Perfect mixing and avoiding overheating of the mixture, use a low speed stirrer.
Application : Immediately pour contents of bucket into working area. Be sure all grout joints are packed full. Remove excess material as possible before initial cleaning with grout float. Do not leave excess grout on the face of tile.
Initially Cleaning :After 30-45 min of the application of epoxy grout scrub the surface of the tile and joint with clean water and scrubber provided to remove any excess grout. Then take a clean thick towel and drag across the tile to remove any residue.
Final Cleaning : With in 24 hrs do a second cleaning with normal soap detergent to remove any haze from the tile.
WORKING PROPERTIES:
Pot life : 45 min.
Foot Traffic : 24 hrs.
Heavy Traffic : 72 hrs.
