RAKSHAK EPOXY HIGH PENITRATION

Rakshak EP- IG is two component epoxy based low viscous grout specially for injection grouting for repair of structure waterproofing of R.C.C., Strengthening load bearing structure, used for filling gapes to cold joints and plugging cavities in roof for waterproofing.

Rakshak epoxy injection grout materials is a 100 % solids ( solvent free ) high modules, non – shrink two components epoxy injection resin with outstanding features, rakshak epoxy injection grout resin / hardener is designed for the injection of crack & voids in concert. Due to low viscosity of the materials good penetration is achieved even at lower injection pressure. Due to high tensile and compressive strength of the cured product, materials is ideal for structural repair.

Modified system for filling very  fine micro cracks present on marble surface

Take Resin & Hardener in above mentioned ratio, mix thoroughly and take it in dispensing bottle, dispense the mix over cracks. Pigmentation can be done by adding dry cement colour as per colour of marble. Applied material will cure in 24 hours, after that polishing of marble can be done.

Mixing ratio(R:H) :100:50 by volume
